Article X Amendments Section 1. Proposed amendments to the By-Laws must be submitted in writing to the President or Secretary. Any proposed amendment shall be given due consideration at the next meeting of the Executive Committee, and it shall be read by the Secretary at the next regular meeting. At that regular meeting, the proposed amendment shall be voted on by the membership. The proposed amendment shall be approved and adopted only upon a two-thirds majority of the members present at the meeting. |
