Article VI Meetings Section 1. Regular meetings of the Association shall be held monthly at a time and place recommended by the Arrangements Committee and approved by the Executive Committee unless otherwise ordered by a two-thirds vote of the membership present and voting. Section 2. The election of officers shall be held each year at the Annual meeting in the month of December. Officers shall assume their duties January 1, following. Section 3. One quarter of the membership must be present at any Association meeting to constitute a quorum. Section 4. The majority shall constitute a quorum at any Executive Committee meeting. . . . |
