Article IV Officers Section 1. The officers of the Association shall be a President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. Section 2. The election of officers and of the members of the Executive Committee shall be the preferred order of business at the annual meeting of the Association. Section 3. Each officer shall run for a term of one year. Officers and members of the Executive Committee may be re-elected without limit. . . . |
